Give Thanks

We are so thankful for family, faith, friends and health. We've been so busy living our lives, I haven't taken the time to post for a couple months. So, now is the time to put in a few pictures and comments. I enjoy others' blogs so much that I don't want to totally neglect posting something on ours.
Early in November Gary and Margo planned an early Thanksgiving gathering to which two of their sons' families could come - and they invited us and our family as well. The Smiths came over for a few days and Brad brought the boys to join in on lots of the fun.
On Friday night, we gathered at our house for the meal - all 21 of us!
Here's Ryan - totally content at the computer...

Oh, now this was a silly thing. Carol and Brad were talking about eye color and what you would call various colors, so they decided to take a box of crayons and try to match eye colors of the kids to come up with an appropriate color name. It didn't really work, since their kids' eye colors seem to be "outside the box." Here's Ryan trying to match his...

...and Spencer putting up with this nonsense!

The next night was the Thanksgiving feast at Gary & Margo's home in Entiat. There were 21 once again - but this time my mom stayed home and Bob took her place. He didn't even shy away from the camera, which was amazing for him. Here are Gary, Margo and Allison getting ready to serve everyone.

Oh - and some cool clouds I noticed a couple days later as the sun was coming up. :-)
