Alaska Cruise May 2012

We have been busy living our lives, and haven't taken the time to blog. However, the time has come to share a few pictures from our first ever cruise. It was offered through Corban University, the institution which has grown over the years and changed names a couple times. It was Western Baptist Bible College back in the late 1960's when we attended there. It was nice to have a group to connect with on the ship and for excursions.  Here are some shots taken around the ship, Infinity, which is with the Celebrity Cruise Line.

 It was a beautiful, sunny day as we departed Seattle!  That was about the extent of the sun.

 Each night when we returned from dinner, the bed was turned down with the next day's activities schedule set out with two chocolates.  We're not really "cruise-type people," but have to admit this was kind of fun.

Each evening all the restaurant staff was lined up to greet us at 6 p.m.  There were two formal nights, and fortunately there is a wide range of  attire that qualified.  Needless to say, Lon didn't rent a tux for it.  :-)
