Sunday night we were privileged to be at the airport to welcome Brad & Lindsey home from Ethiopia with their new daughter, Lielti. It was a long, eventful trip, but God saw them safely home.
We spent the night at Toby & Carol's, and after Grandma coerced all eight of our grandkids into posing with us for a photo, we came on home to the sunny Wenatchee Valley on Monday afternoon.
Today Lon started another three week round of chemo at the clinic, and we are pleased to report that his tumor marker is down five more points - to 17 today! He is experiencing some edema that has caused a bit of discomfort, but he now has a medication to alleviate that.
So much for which to be thankful!!!!
Lon is doing well after 18 months of chemo, under God's healing hand.
Many prayers have been answered regarding Lielti's adoption into her very loving extended family!!
Here's Lielti a little closer up - with cousin Jessie, Grandma & Grandpa.
