Most recently Lon has been working on the rough in plumbing - the black plastic drain lines. He passed the inspection on that on Friday, so after a quick "fix" of Redmond grandkids, he's back to working on the copper pipe for the water lines this week.

February 21 Building Progress
It's been awhile since we posted anything, but that doesn't mean Lon hasn't been busy working every day! These pictures were taken after the siding was finished, the two upper rock walls were complete, the excavation guy had come to move lots of dirt around, and several loads of gravel had been spread on the driveway.

Most recently Lon has been working on the rough in plumbing - the black plastic drain lines. He passed the inspection on that on Friday, so after a quick "fix" of Redmond grandkids, he's back to working on the copper pipe for the water lines this week.

Wow, the house is coming along! A lot has been done since the last post. Is Lon doing most of it? When is your expected "move in" date?? Ha-ha, I know that is a loaded question!
Laurie : )
Lon is saying "October" for a completion target. He IS doing most of the work, since he can do just about ANYTHING!! He plans to do all the plumbing, wiring, cabinet-making, floors, tile work, etc. I'm not pushing him since I'm quite comfortable where we are. Moving doesn't sound like a lot of fun at this point.
